Level select:
Note: This code may only be enabled in the European version of the game.
Hold 2 and press 1 at the main screen. Press Left(2), Up(2), Right(2),
Down(2) when the screen turns black. A level number will appear on the
screen. Press Left or Right to select a new starting level.
