Here are some cheats and tips for the game Sonic Triple Trouble.
Level select:
Hold Up and power on the Game Gear. Press Start during the opening screen
when Knuckles collects the third gem. The level selection screen will
appear after a character has been selected.
Extra options:
Press Up or Down at the Sega logo to access time attack and sound test
options.
