No CPU racers:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy
of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the
“menudata.ini” file in the game directory. Change the line
“MaxNumCompBikes=15” to “MaxNumCompBikes=0” for no CPU controlled
racers.
Cheat mode:
