NASCAR ’98 – Cheats & Tips

Here are some cheats and tips for the game NASCAR ’98.

Paintball Mode:

During a race, pause the game and go to Race Statistics. Now press R1+
R2+L1+L2 and you will hear an engine roar. Continue the race and press
TRIANGLE to shoot paintballs at your opponents.

Pinnacle Car:

At car select highlight Bobby Labonte and hold X, press up, then down.
Now you will be able to race in a Pinnacle Car.

EA Sports Car:

At car select highlight Kenny Wallace and hold X, press up, then down.
Now you will be able to race with an EA Sports Car.

Faster Car:

To build a faster car, go to the car set-up screen. Once there, put
your tire pressure all the way up, wedge all the way down, rear
spoiler all the way down, and gear ratios all the way up.

Turbo Mode:

At the Options screen, hold Circle then press Up, Left, Down, Right. A
new option will appear at the bottom of the screen.
