Continue game play:
Collect the first crystal. After game play ends, hold Left
and press Start at the title screen to continue from the
last location played.
Bonus points:
Defeat a Boss, collect the crystal ball, and intentionally
lose the current life. Hold A before continuing to collect
extra points.
