Cheat mode:
Press Square(3), X, Left, Right, Left, Right, Square(3),
X, Left, Right, Left, Right during game play. Then, press
Start + Select to return to the main menu. Select the
“New Game” option. All levels and game modes are now
unlocked.

In-game reset:
Press Start + Select during game play.
