Invincibility:

Type amblin when the names of the programmers appear.

Cheat mode:

Enter SINATRA as a name on the high score screen enable 90 lives during
the next game.

Level select:

Enable cheat mode, then press [F1] through [F5] at the title screen to
begin game play at the corresponding level.
