Here are some cheats and tips for the game Dead to Rights.

Level select:
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right(2), Y, X(2) at the main menu
with the “New Game” option. A scream will confirm correct code entry.
Then, press Down at the “Press Start” screen until the level
selection option appears.
