Level select:
Press Down, Right, A, C, Up,
Left, Up when the battlefield begins scrolling across
the opening screen. A laugh will confirm correct code entry.
Pause game play and press Up. Numbers that correspond
to a game level will appear as the score. Select a level and
press Start resume game play.
