Extra courses:
Earn a medal in all eight courses to select extra courses
during a two player game. Earn a gold medal in all eight courses
to select extra courses during a single player game.
Sound test:
Earn a gold medal in all the extra courses.
Change name:
Display to the members list and highlight the name. Hold L
+ R and press A. Enter a new name to replace the
old entry.
