Here are some cheats and tips for the game Aqua Jet.

Penguin World:

When the screen says “Press Start”, press it while squeezing the
accelerator. At the Course Selection screen, hold the steering
column UP (press Start), DOWN (press Start), DOWN (press Start),
UP (press Start) and squeeze the accelerator. If you hear the
penguin yell, you did it!
