Here are some cheats and tips for the game Operation Thunderbolt.

Level skip:

Obtain a 50,000 point score and enter WIGAN NINJA as a name on the high
score screen. Begin game play again and press [F7] to jump to the next
level. Note: At least one hostage must be saved from each of the rescue
levels to complete the game.
