Mystery Spot:

While playing, hold Control-T to reveal the mystery spot.

Slide Show:

At the main menu press Ctrl-V for a slide show of all cut scenes.
Press LEFT or RIGHT to switch movies.

Sound Test:

At the main menu press Ctrl-T to call up a sound test menu.
