All team bronze cards:
Select a team at the special cards screen, then press L2, L1, R2, L1, L2, R2,
L2, R1, L1, R2.

All team silver cards:
Select a team at the special cards screen, then press R1, L1, L2(2), R1, L1(2),
R2, L2, L1.

All team gold cards:
Select a team at the special cards screen, then press L2(2), R1, L1, R2, L2,
L1, R1(2), R2.

All fast tracks:
Select a team at the special cards screen, then press Right, Left, L2, R2, L2,
R2, L2, Left(2), Right.
