Here are some cheats and tips for the game Contra: Shattered Soldier.

30 lives:
Press Up(2), Down(2), L1, R1, L2, R2, L3, R3 on controller
two at the title screen. A sound will confirm correct code
entry. Note: This only affects your first credit. Your
remaining credits will all have the default number of lives.

In-game reset:
Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Start + Select during game play.

Level 5 in training mode:
Successfully complete level five during the game under the
normal difficulty setting.

Level 6:
Successfully complete level 5 with an “A” rank.

Level 6 in training mode:
Successfully complete level 6 during the normal game.

Level 7:
Successfully complete level 6 with an “A” rank.

Level 7 in training mode:
Successfully complete level 7 during the normal game.

Final Boss battle in training mode:
Defeat the final Boss during the normal game.

Gallery option:
Successfully complete the game with an “A” rank under the
normal difficulty setting.

Database option:
Successfully complete the game with a “B” or “C” rank under
the normal difficulty setting.
